Our client is looking for a PA / Office Coordinator to join a well-established family-run business in Redditch. We are looking for a PA/Office Coordinator or Senior Administrator who has not only excellent organisational skills but also a strong telephone manner as you will be building relationships and organising meetings.
PA / Office Coordinator day-to-day duties include:
1. Initial point of contact for phone and email enquiries
2. Recording relevant contact details and requirements
3. Booking & confirming appointments
4. Assisting with the progression of sales and lettings
5. Liaising with clients as appropriate
6. Providing comprehensive administrative support
7. Ad-hoc tasks as required to help the office run smoothly including managing keys, distributing post, and stationary orders
The successful PA / Office Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:
1. Previous coordinator experience essential
2. Strong admin and organisational skills
3. Strong IT skills, accurate typing
4. Property industry background would be advantageous but not essential
5. Ability to work within an efficient, friendly team
In return, you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £26,000-£28,000 depending on your skills and experience. This is a full-time office-based role with no hybrid available, and the hours are 9-5:30pm Monday to Friday.
