Salary: £22,750 - Full time (36.5 hours a week) - Monday to Friday
Location: Remote
Fixed term contract for 12 months
Using your unique edge excellent administration skills, you will ensure all Individual Learner Record (ILR) data processing activities are carried out accurately and timely using ESFA ILR specification. You will also provide key support to the Administration Team Leader by assisting with all data processing including achieving learners, leaving learners and on programme change of circumstances.
As a Data Administrator you will...
. Process new enrolments on the Learner Management System
· Be aware of GDPR legislation and comply with all data protection requirements
· Work with Personal Tutors to resolve issues with learner eligibility
· Support the data administration team with validating and processing new learners
· Provide information, advice and guidance to all clients that enables them to make informed decisions to meet their goals and objectives
What we need from you:
· An excellent understanding of ILR and ESFA funding (desirable)
· Excellent attention to detail
· Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
· Excellent IT skills including the use of MS office
· Ability to plan, organise and prioritise own workload
