1 x Franchise/Commercial Strategy Analyst
Our client, operating within the rail sector, is currently seeking a Franchise Strategy Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is crucial in supporting the Commercial and Strategy team in delivering the company's strategic objectives, with a particular emphasis on driving commercial opportunities and revenue through data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Commercial and Strategy team in delivering short, medium, and long-term strategic objectives
Analysing data to drive commercial opportunities and improve business performance
Providing data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance
Ensuring compliance with obligations under the franchise agreement
Identifying and addressing risks associated with lost revenue and ticketless travel
Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiencies
Collaborating with various departments to support overall business objectives
Preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to senior management
Job Requirements:
Experience in a commercial or analytical role, ideally within the rail, procurement, or commercial sectors
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Understanding of financial performance metrics and revenue protection strategies
Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Relevant degree in business, finance, or a related field
