Key Responsibilities:
? Utilize job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn to attract a diverse pool of
candidates
? Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends, job opportunities, and
company intel
? Perform candidate and company mapping using LinkedIn and other tech tools
? Ensure seamless functioning and maintenance of recruitment systems and databases
? Verify data accuracy, organize records, and uphold data integrity standards.
? Engage with candidates to generate interest in available roles
Who Are You?
? A strong communicator with exceptional organizational skills
? Innovative, curious, and highly motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
? Willing to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn
? Ideally, someone who has customer service/customer-facing experience (office
experience would be a plus)
? Education: a minimum of A-Levels
