Role Overview:
As a Senior Paid Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across both Paid Search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into impactful campaigns that drive results. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in managing and scaling paid media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
* Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies that align with client objectives.
* Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify target audiences, keywords, and creative opportunities.
* Create detailed media plans, including budget allocation, channel selection, and timeline management.
Campaign Management:
* Manage end-to-end paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
* Optimise campaigns to maximize ROI, including bid management, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative adjustments.
* Monitor and report on campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
Client Communication & Reporting:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, providing regular updates and insights.
* Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and recommendations.
* Collaborate with clients to refine strategies and set future goals based on performance data.
Collaboration & Team Development:
* Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages.
* Collaborate with other departments (e.g., SEO, content, analytics) to ensure an integrated approach to client campaigns.
* Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and helping them develop their skills.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
* Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media and digital marketing.
* Experiment with new platforms, ad formats, and strategies to drive innovation in client campaigns.
* Contribute to the agency’s thought leadership by sharing insights and case studies.
Qualifications:
Experience:
* Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
* Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
Technical Skills:
* Proficiency in platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
* Experience with bid management tools (e.g., Google Ads Editor) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
