What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Identify, lead, and deliver efforts to implement well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products using industry-standard tools, libraries, and approaches
* Engage with stakeholders across the business to align priorities, communicate solution design trade-offs and recommendations, and build and execute CRM platform development plans
* Perform technical solution reviews and provide recommendations to improve adoption and usage
* Provide technical expertise in Apex coding, Visualforce development, Lightning components, and other Salesforce-related technologies
* Design user interfaces, tool screens, and end-user workflows to maximize understandability of information, ease of use, and alignment to GXO standards
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* A high level of experience across multiple Salesforce products Sales, Service, Marketing, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, Commerce, MuleSoft, Pardot, etc.) with a depth of expertise in specific clouds
* Strong technology leadership with outstanding presentation,
* Experience with Python or Java programming and understanding of object-oriented concepts, abstraction/inheritance, as well as experience with object-oriented languages.
