Job Title: Internal Sales / Office Manager
Location: Lincoln
Pay Rates: 30k to 37k depending on experience
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
Job Description:
Barker Ross is currently recruiting for a Sales / Office Manager role for our client specialising in the packaging industry. This is a permanent position.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales internally and drive revenue growth and customer service improvements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales strategies, and the ability to motivate and inspire others. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyse market trends and develop effective sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing sales projects from design inception to final delivery.
2. High level of customer care.
3. Knowledge of CRM systems.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers & throughout the business.
5. Supporting external Sales Manager & Directors with day-to-day enquiries.
Person Specification:
1. You MUST have a current & proven track record of success in an office based sales support role.
2. It is PREFERABLE that you have previous experience of working in the packaging sector.
3. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
7. Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
8. A results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Experience:
Sales: 2 years (required)
Customer service: 2 years (required)
Licence/Certification:
Driving Licence (preferred)
