The role
The Head of Product Marketing will be responsible for driving the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our products and to communicate user value, in conjunction with building and managing a best-in-class product marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced product marketer looking for an impactful career move within a rapidly growing FinTech. This role reports to our Chief Product Officer.
Responsibilities
The Product Marketing team at Soldo translates user insights into product opportunities through compelling messaging of our products and their value. We focus our efforts on these key areas:
13. Discovering customer pain points, buyer behaviour, market opportunities and competitor activity.
14. Defining use cases, value propositions, messaging and proof points.
15. Delivering the GTM strategy for our products and managing customer-focused product launches.
16. Equipping sales, marketing and customer success teams with the necessary knowledge, assets and know-how to delight customers.
17. Driving product adoption and usage.
18. You will work closely and manage the interface with the Go-to-Market teams responsible for post product launch, sales enablement and focus on driving specific demand, adoption and usage
19. Work in an agile environment driving rapid and iterative launches and collaborating with colleagues across the business.
We're looking for someone who must have
20. Experience in marketing SAAS products, with a balance of customer discovery, product messaging and feature launches.
21. Proven track record of leading product marketing teams
22. Ability to unearth and deeply understand customer needs and pain points.
23. Proven success translating product value into compelling messages, underpinned by customer and market proof.
24. Experience launching new features and products, measuring success, and improving delivery.
25. Strong commercial communication and influencing skills – written and verbal.
26. Data driven, turning quantitative and qualitative data into insightful customer, product, and GTM recommendations.
27. Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong bias for action and attention to detail.
28. Strong collaborator, planner and multi-tasker, partnering with teams and senior leadership across the business
Nice to have
29. Experience in payments, accounting, Fintech preferred.
