We are seeking a discreet, trustworthy, and highly detail-oriented candidate with a proactive, can-do
attitude who is willing to roll up their sleeves to support a (HNW) principal with her personal affairs.
This role will be primarily based out of the London office, with the possibility of working from the principal’s property in London one day per week and occasional travel to her property in Italy. Ideally, the candidate should be based in London to be available for errands as needed.
Previous experience in a similar PA role is essential, and a background in property management,
design, or fashion would be a strong advantage as well as a European language (Italian, French, Spanish)
Please note this is an office based role with 1x day WFH and does require flexibility as there will be out of hours work.
The Role
• Arrange flights, visas, accommodation, and excursions.
• Maintain personal accounts, pay invoices and bills, and handle related paperwork and
administration.
• Conduct research on wellness retreats, holiday destinations, and various products or services.
• Manage domestic staff, salary payments, maintenance, and coordinate with external contractors.
• Communicate with architects, designers, and project managers for three international
properties, providing regular updates to the principal.
• Oversee online orders, returns, domestic support, restaurant bookings, and food deliveries.
• Run errands as required.
• Book personal appointments, manage correspondence, and schedule meetings.
• Screen and prioritise calls, inquiries, and invitations, ensuring timely responses.
• Work with the Executive Assistant to keep the central calendar updated and align travel plans.
• Manage the principal’s extensive art and antique collection, keeping detailed records of items,
purchase orders, and their locations.
• Catalog the principal’s wardrobe in a centralised system for easy access.
• Organise private events, dinners and logistics.
• Handle basic IT troubleshooting, set up devices, and manage online accounts.
• Digitalise and organise important personal documents such as passports and property deeds.
• Keep track of household supplies and reorder when necessary.
• Purchase and manage gifts for birthdays, holidays, and special occasions.
• Manage subscriptions to services and memberships.
