About us:
Kilburn Care Home provides care for up to 47 people with residential and nursing care needs.
The home is supported by a friendly and committed team, fully trained in providing care for older people who require residential care or who are living with dementia and other complex conditions.
We are seeking Caregivers to join our friendly team at Kilburn Care Home, based in Belper, Derbyshire.
We currently offer flexible contracted hours of 22, 33, or 42 hours per week, inclusive of weekend work.
Hourly Rate: £11.60 – £11.80 per hour (Pay is dependent upon qualifications).
What does the job role involve?
The role includes but is not limited to:
1. Caring and supporting our amazing residents in their journey with Aurem Care.
2. Providing personal care, social support, and making impactful and heartwarming memories.
3. Ensuring the needs of our residents are met through the use of our electronic care platform “Nourish.”
4. Working within a committed team.
5. Showing positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
6. Any ad hoc duties to meet service delivery for our residents.
