Customer Team Member
Location: 15 High Street, Stanford Le Hope, SS17 0HD
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Contract: 14 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: Shifts of 6am to 11am or 3pm to 10pm including weekends, to be discussed at interview.
Full, paid training provided.
We’re looking for Customer Team Members to join our team at Co-op.

As a Customer Team Member, you’ll be part of a friendly team that’s dedicated to helping our customers. We’ll look to you to provide them with great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store like re-stocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.
What you'll do
1. Provide friendly and thoughtful service, responding to queries and championing Co-op products and Membership.
2. Work together to solve problems for customers and members.
3. Ensure the store is safe and legal, keeping the shelves stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures accurate.
4. Help introduce new products and services, sharing experiences with colleagues.
5. Support your local community by getting involved in activities and events.
