Two Moors Primary School is seeking to appoint a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to support daily reception duties and provide administration support to the Headteacher and Senior Administrator.
Main duties and responsibilities include:
1. Provide reception duties, including greeting visitors, ensuring they sign the visitors book, receive a badge and are aware of the school’s mobile phone policy.
2. Attendance and dinner registers on Bromcom.
3. General clerical duties such as maintaining the school diary, filing systems, photocopying, archiving, maintaining records and ordering stationery.
4. Assist in the preparation or distribution of mail shots such as newsletters and booklets.
5. Respond to parent queries on a wide range of topics such as administering medicine in school; absence requests; ordering uniform; applying for free school meals; referring to the Spotty Book; term dates; after school clubs; music lessons; how to pay online etc.
6. Assist in the organisation of trips and residential visits, including costing, booking transport, letters to parents, consent slips and collecting parental contributions.
