Kudos is a well established Facilities Management company working within the Healthcare Sector to deliver a high-quality Facilities Management service to its client, and is looking to hire a Supervising Engineer to join the London team on a full-time basis.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in working within Building Services, and effectively leading a team of Engineers. The qualifications required for this role are:
* City & Guilds/ONC/HNC/BTEC in an Electrical discipline.
* Recognised training qualifications in Electrical engineering.
* HTM related training
* IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent is highly desirable.
The Role
This role will provide supervision and support in the line management of the South Engineering Team across Kudos' Healthcare site portfolio. The role will oversee a team of engineers covering 9 of the 18 sites based across the West & South West London areas, to deliver planned preventative (PPM) & reactive maintenance (RM) works in accordance with the building operating manuals.
Duties of the role include:
* Day to day supervision of engineers & liaising with the Technical Manager.
* Ensuring statutory compliance, service delivery and customer satisfaction is continuously achieved.
* To act as AP in disciplines deemed appropriate.
* To implement mechanical, electrical and fabric PPM in accordance with the O&M Manuals and service levels.
* To work with H&S compliance teams to ensure compliance with all Health and Safety Regulations & Statutory Obligations.
* Financial Management elements such as PO approvals & authorisations.
* Provide accurate and timely information to Helpdesk & wider teams as required, and in support of monthly contract reports.
