PRACTICE NURSE/TRAINEE PRACTICE NURSE

Linden Medical Practice is a friendly and innovative training GP practice in Broxburn. We have a patient list of around 7000 patients and are housed within Strathbrock Partnership Centre with two other GP practices alongside many community services.

Due to upcoming retiral, we are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, highly motivated Practice Nurse or Trainee Practice Nurse to join our team. Flexible start date. Hours and pay negotiable dependent on qualifications and experience. The role will include chronic disease management in asthma, COPD, diabetes, vascular disease, contraception and health promotion.

The successful candidate should possess a passion for high level community care, good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly as part of a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.
