Are you a confident behaviour mentor with prior behaviour experience?
Teaching Personnel are seeking confident, experienced Behaviour Mentors for an SEMH school in Huddersfield.
Team Teach experience is preferred but not essential.
You may have prior experience as a support worker, youth worker or in youth criminal justice. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, organised and bring a real passion for education and behaviour support to the classroom.
The successful candidate will:
* Have experience working with young people with SEMH and behavioural needs.
* Be proactive and organised.
* Have a passion and drive for education.
* Work well in a team.
* Be confident in supporting students 1:1.
Additionally, candidates must also be UK residents, living in the country for at least 3 months, with valid Right to Work documents and relevant qualifications.
