This role will be fundamental in the systemwide roll out of delivery of autism and learning disability training, as well as offering an opportunity to get involved with other training and development projects. This role would suit someone with keen attention to detail and process, balanced with a flexible and naturally curious and creative approach. A good candidate will have strong administration and/or project support background, and they will be able to contribute to the development of blended learning programmes including review of effectiveness in meeting staff needs, and reporting on training activity.
