The Role of an HR Administrator We are recruiting for an HR Administrator to join our collaborative and supportive HR team. Initially 2 weeks, subject to weekly extensions dependent on business need. You will take responsibility for supporting the delivery of all aspects of the HR services to Partners and employees across the Firm. Working with the HR team you will be involved with the full employee lifecycle incorporating generalist, recruitment, payroll, benefits and operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in HR to develop their skills and knowledge in a supportive and developmental environment. Main Responsibilities of HR Administrator • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate personnel records including absence, holidays, probation and contract end dates within the HR System, Sage Salesforce. • Conducting regular system and data audits to ensure best practice is adhered to. • Maintaining the HRIS and Zest benefits systems. • Producing monthly reports • Administering all Partner and employee changes such as; joiners, leavers, title changes and promotions. • Administering probation reviews, contract extension documentation, and obtaining references as required. • Manage the family leave process, including the preparation of the letter. • Maintain and update the payroll tracker, capturing all changes occurring in the month. • Responding to queries in the AskHR inbox, escalating where required to the team. • Conduct the end-to-end onboarding and induction process. • Managing onboarding screening process for all new joiners using Vero screening and BUPA. • Inducting new joiners to the Firm with a welcome meeting and presentation. • Conducting new joiner training on Holiday and Benefits systems (Sage and Zest). • Conducting new joiner training on Performance Leader. • Assisting with the payroll verification process and prepare the payroll schedules. • Maintain the payroll tracker in line with all operations for the month. • Conducting exit interviews and preparing summary reports. • Managing the Firm's SRA data including instructing new joiners on how to update their profiles and opting employees into the bulk renewal. • Administering benefit enrolment for new joiners. • Maintaining employee data on the performance system, and enrolling employees into annual reviews. • Maintaining org charts. • Producing ad hoc reports where requested on people data (e.g. diversity statistics, headcount reports etc). • Documenting and reviewing HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and recommending process streamlines where applicable. • Administering long service awards. • Processing HR-related invoices. About you: Essential: • Experience using and administering employee lifecycle events in Sage Salesforce. • Experience with HRIS systems. • Excellent attention to detail. • Strong administration and organisation skills. • Ability to effectively manage various tasks and activities, based on the team's needs, with a high level of accuracy. • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. • 2 years' experience in a similar environment in a HR focused role. • Excel experience; running reports, maintaining and creating spreadsheets, lookups and pivot tables. Desired: • Experience using Zest and Performance Leader.
