Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding customer service through various channels including phone and email.
2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.
3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to team initiatives.
6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
7. Assist in training new team members as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in a customer service role.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
