Working from their bright and modern offices, you will be based within a supportive team assisting with scheduling work and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing contracts from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. The key responsibilities within this role are to be the main administrator for the contract managers to support the smooth operation of the department.
Responsibilities:
1. Daily planning and scheduling of engineers to cover planned and responsive works, working closely with the contract managers to ensure all is in order for these works to go ahead smoothly.
2. Updating and maintaining the in-house working platform and other mediums, such as training programmes.
3. Completing weekly updates, KPIs, and monthly valuations, as well as attending monthly client meetings.
4. Preparing and sending appointment letters.
5. Conducting data entry and maintaining accurate records.
6. Making and taking phone calls, passing on messages, and dealing with customer requests.
7. General administrative duties, such as typing, invoicing, scanning, and saving.
8. Use of various Microsoft software and in-house systems.
9. General day-to-day running of contracts ensuring all client requirements are met.
Candidate Attributes:
1. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
2. Organised and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
3. Computer literate.
4. Accurate typing skills with a focus on speed and efficiency.
5. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls professionally and efficiently.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm - 1 hour for lunch.
