About the Role
We’re looking for a Financial Planning Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative and technical support to our growing business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a chartered, top-100 IFA firm that values professional development and career progression.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Handling client communications and queries
✅ Assisting with new enquiries and existing client requests
✅ Supporting paraplanners with research, analysis, and new business processing
✅ Managing new business recording and submission
✅ Liaising with product providers and third parties
✅ Preparing paperwork for client meetings and booking appointments
✅ Supporting technical filing, planning research, and administrative tasks
✅ Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Minimum R01 qualification (or working towards)
✔️ At least 2 years of experience in a financial planning firm
✔️ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✔️ Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
✔️ Excellent communication skills and a client-focused mindset
