The PBS practitioner will work closely with the people we support, colleague teams and stakeholders to develop and deliver Positive Behaviour Support. Job Advert Role Description The post holder will use their expertise to support predominantly in the following areas: Implementation of Capable Environments including Active Support approaches Development and implementation of Positive Behaviour Support Plans including Functional Behaviour Assessment Practice Leadership and Practice workshops Incident support, analysis and colleague debrief Staff training & development The ideal candidate will: Have extensive experience of direct support experience with people with a learning disability/ Autism Hold a formal qualification in: or Positive Behaviour Support i.e. BSc in Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, MSc Applied Behaviour Analysis, MA or MSc in Autism Studies, PBS Graduate Diploma, PBS BTEC Level 5 (advanced professional Diploma) Be qualified or willing and able to work towards PROACT-SCIPr-UK® Instructor The post holder will require a full UK driving licence to commute between different sites.
