Main duties of the job As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, your responsibilities will vary. You will Provide clinical leadership for primary care team; made up of a variety of registered and non-registered professionals Act as a role model ensuring professional appearance and maintaining professional standards at all times. Work with the team to ensure; patient safety, the management of complex cases and ensure the most up to date treatment methodology is applied to patient care. Be accountable for your practice including the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and discharge or referral of patients, independent of medical intervention.
