We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join our team and work across all of the Natural Foods brands. This role involves making a real difference for our consumers – the people who matter most – whether through phone, email, social media, or even in person. The Marketing Assistant will be the lead consumer champion, delivering great consumer care and ensuring that anyone who gets in touch leaves loving us even more. The job also entails various general responsibilities supporting the marketing team. Main responsibilities include:
* Looking after consumer contacts for all Natural Foods brands over the phone, email (using Zendesk), social media, and mail. Ensure brand managers are aware of any recurring issues/suggestions.
* Maintaining a good relationship with our fulfilment house to ensure all send-outs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
* Responding to written enquiries and complaints from consumers in a personal manner, ensuring timely responses.
* Leading on ‘surprise & delight’ send-outs to our loyal fans at key times of year.
* Managing buyer boxes send-outs for our sales team and other ad-hoc requests as needed.
* Working with our Quality Control Manager to report and respond to any product-related enquiries, providing monthly reports.
* Managing the weekly contact tracker to monitor our contacts and KPIs, flagging concerns and solutions to ensure KPIs are met.
* Producing a monthly Consumer Report for the wider business, summarising consumer highlights and providing useful updates and insights.
* Being the face of consumer feedback to the wider business, sharing insights and ensuring everyone is aware of the great work being done by the team.
* Supporting any administrative marketing ad-hoc initiatives.
* Managing the marketing stock cupboard to ensure sufficient product is always in stock for send-outs.
We are looking for the following qualifications:
* 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced work environment, preferably with a consumer-facing brand.
* 1+ year experience in a consumer-facing/customer service team, preferably with experience in running a successful IG page.
* An infectious passion for our mission and for putting consumers’ needs first.
* A great communicator with a warm and friendly manner.
* Proactive, autonomous, and organised.
* A fast learner, flexible, and open.
* A responsible and positive attitude.
* A sense of humour.
* Experience using Zendesk would be a plus.
