Office Location: Wandsworth
Salary: £30 - £36k DOE
Work Type: Hybrid - office 3 days a week/2 days from home. On-site monthly for inspections.
Hours: 9-6 M-T 9-5 on Friday
Position Overview:

As a Property Residential Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of service and satisfaction for both tenants and landlords. Your responsibilities will include:
* Providing outstanding customer service, promptly addressing inquiries and concerns from tenants.
* Coordinating maintenance and repair tasks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
* Facilitating communication between tenants and landlords, particularly during maintenance works.
* Delivering personalised advice and guidance to enhance the luxury living experience for tenants.
* Attending onsite inspections of the full portfolio across the year.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in residential property management (1year+)
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and efficiently in a hybrid setting.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Commitment to delivering a luxury service experience.
