Working as a Chef de Partie, you will possess demonstrable experience within a comparable luxury establishment, exhibiting a comprehensive understanding of classical culinary principles and a meticulous approach to detail. This role demands exceptional organisational skills, the ability to efficiently manage a designated section, and a proven capacity for effective teamwork within a demanding environment. As a Chef de Partie, you will assume responsibility for the seamless operation of an assigned station, ensuring all preparations and presentations adhere strictly to the Hotel's exacting standards.

DUTIES
1. Assist the team in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the kitchen operation.
2. Assist with the day-to-day running of the section.
3. Assist with all food preparations as delegated by the senior chefs.
4. Follow all recipe guidelines and standards as set by senior chefs.
5. Contribute where possible and assist in the production of suitable innovative menu designs for the relevant area of food service within the hotel.
6. Continually strive towards achievement and improvement.
7. Assist on other sections or help with other duties when required.
8. Delegate tasks to the Commis Chef.
