The Job Role
Educated Recruitment are looking for a Teignmouth based Nursery Practitioner for a placemen in a primary school nursery starting after the Easter Holidays until 25th July. This is a full time supply placement.
We cover day to day, short term and long-term supply, and are always on the look out for Primary teachers, secondary teachers, cover supervisors, HLTAs and Teaching assistants to join our team.
Part time and full time applicants are encouraged to join!

Please note: Our standard daily pay rate as a supply teacher recruitment business starts at £90 for Nursery Practioners but could be negotiated up until £150 based on experience and qualifications. For longer term placements with additional responsibilities, daily pay rate for a teaching assistant could be negotiated up to £100, at the discretion of school budgets.

Nursery Practitioner Responsibilities
- Supporting the class teacher
- Following safeguarding and school policies
- working 1:1 or with whole classes
- Liaising with school staff
Nursery Practitioner Essentials
- Previous experience working alongside children
- Knowledge of the curriculum
- A current DBS, or Update Service subscription (the agency can apply for this)
- A 3 year minimum reference history
- Reliability
- Excellent communication skills
- Located close to Teignmouth or within commuting distance
