Telesales Representative Swindon Remote Working Hours to suit candidate COMMISSION ONLY We are currently recruiting for a motivated and results-driven Commission-Only Telesales Representative to join our client based in Swindon. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to Estate Agents, introducing the company’s inventory services, and securing new business opportunities. Your main focus will be on cold calling potential clients and generating leads for the company’s comprehensive inventory solutions for student lettings and property management. Key Responsibilities: Cold call Estate Agents and Property Managers to introduce the inventory services. Present and promote the inventory solutions, including check-ins, check-outs, and detailed reports. Identify and qualify potential clients based on their needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to increase repeat business. Achieve daily and weekly call targets and sales goals. Update CRM systems with lead information and progress. Provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Please find below: Commission Per Meeting - Small Agent Client (£10k/year): £50–£100 per meeting - Large Student Agency Client (£50k/month): £100–£150 per meeting Commission for Client Signing Up Once a contractor secures a signed deal with the Estate Agent, they will earn a higher commission. This incentivises them to not only book meetings but also close deals. Commission for Client Signing Up - Small Agent Client (£10k/year): £500 per signed client - Large Student Agency Client (£50k/month): £1,000 per signed client Performance Bonuses Additional bonuses will be paid for reaching performance targets.
