HR Coordinator Duration: Temporary-to-permanent Location: Birmingham Working model: Hybrid with 2 days on site per week Pay rate: £16-£17.90 per hour via an Umbrella company (£25,000-£27,000 per annum, permanent) Hours: 37 hours per week Duties/Responsibilities: Overseeing all transactional elements of the HR department Support the HR department in implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Managing HR enquiry inbox Bridge management and employee relations by addressing issues Assisting in the coordination of disciplinary meetings Recording and monitoring employee absences Assisting in recruitment and selection processes Liaising with the external payroll organisation Assisting in the development of overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures Nurture a positive working environment Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system Requirements: Experience in a similar HR administration role Studying towards/ achieved CIPD Level 3 Public sector experience is preferable To discuss this role in more detail, please contact Poppy Troth at.
