The Role This Audit Manager position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow within a collaborative and supportive environment. The successful candidate will: Manage a Client Portfolio : Oversee a diverse portfolio (starting at £400k), ensuring all deadlines are met, budgets are adhered to, and audits are delivered efficiently. Work Split : Approx. 75% Audit, 15% Accounts Preparation, 10% Corporate Tax. Leadership & Development : Mentor and train junior team members, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to a high-performing culture. Client Relationships : Build strong relationships, lead client meetings, and actively participate in new client pitches and business development. Efficiency & Innovation : Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate will bring: A professional qualification ( ACA/ACCA ) with proven experience managing audits in a professional services environment.
