Interim Customer Care & Quality Manager

Pay Rate: £25.48 per hour PAYE
37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours
This opening assignment is for 6 months
City: CROYDON, LONDON
Croydon office Tues/Wed/Thurs. Home working on Mon/Fr
Role would have a team leader reporting into the who has approx 9 direct reports who are the customer and quality exec who log the defects.
The role is the manager position to ensure the TL and team log and complete all defects in the agreed timescales and work collaboratively with the construction teams to escalate where needed for swift resolution. A strong manager who could pick it up quickly with strong transferable skills. They definitely need to be strong on CRM, excel and reporting.
Qualifications:
A degree in business administration or a related field is often required.
Knowledge:
Knowledge of defect management as they may struggle otherwise with knowing what is wrong with the process/team etc.
Experience:
Experience in customer service, management, or quality assurance can also be beneficial.
Skills & Abilities:
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to analyse data and make decisions based on their findings.
