Office Manager Annual Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Location: Salisbury Job Type: Full-time We are seeking an Office Manager to join a dynamic team within a well-established organisation. This role involves managing both office operations and financial tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the business. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee general improvement plans such as bathroom and kitchen upgrades. Liaise with external agencies like Fire/Alarm/Council and manage updates for certificates. Ensure the tidiness and cleanliness of the office. Maintain the staff holiday register. Manage website maintenance and updates, including trade show participation and new contracts. Handle social media updates on platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, and work on growing the follower base. Assist in managing the production schedule and maintaining meeting minutes for management meetings. Manage trade show booth design and registration, with occasional attendance required. Assist in stock management and packing products for dispatch. Support directors in booking travel and managing subsistence. Manage bookkeeping for the UK business, including the use of QuickBooks or similar software. Handle quarterly VAT submissions and end-of-year submissions to the accountant. Produce and manage the payment of invoices. Chase debtors and maintain financial records. Benefits: Competitive salary with annual review. 25 days holiday per year, not including bank holidays.
