Senior Residential Boarding Tutor - Upper Sixth Co-Educational House
An exciting opportunity to join the leadership of our Co-Educational Sixth Form boarding house. Working closely alongside the Housemaster, this role is ideal for a teaching professional who is keen to pursue a pastoral direction.
The Senior Residential Boarding Tutor will provide strong pastoral care, mentorship, and leadership. They should be passionate about student well-being, ensuring that every pupil has the support and guidance they need to reach their full potential. You will be a trusted presence within the house, helping students navigate both academic and personal challenges and to support their overall growth and happiness.

1. Have a genuine passion for supporting young people and ensuring every pupil reaches their full potential.
2. Bring proven teaching excellence in an educational setting, with prior experience in a boarding or pastoral role being highly desirable.
3. Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant subject, with a strong commitment to continuous professional development.
4. Be innovative, proactive, and highly organized, always putting the needs of students at the heart of their work.
