They would like someone based around the Derby/Stoke/Wolverhampton area that can visit their offices and local customers. The nature of this role means that a UK driving license is essential.

Ideal Customer Success Executive:
1. Onboard, train and support new and existing customers
2. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
3. Meet face to face with customers
4. Maintain accurate documentation
5. Full UK driving license is essential
6. Previous experience in a customer success or helpdesk role
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
