We are currently seeking candidates for the following position, based within our Bristol office: Commercial Account Handler This is the perfect role for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance having worked in an Account Manager Broker or Underwriter type role and looking to join an established, market leading insurance broker. The Commercial Account Manager will be responsible for servicing their own dedicated book of clients which will involve managing renewals, invoicing, and managing the collection of client payments, producing new quotes, upselling/cross selling additional products, mid-term adjustments and generally handling any queries that come through from their dedicated client base in a quick and professional manner ensuring client satisfaction throughout. What can you expect: You will work in a busy office with a team dedicated to client satisfaction. Flexible working is also available with a minimum expectation of 3 days per weeks spent in the Bristol the office. You will get in-depth on the job training, as well as building relationships within the business and our external clients. We will rely on you to: Work with Account Executives to retain renewals and generate new business, by leveraging strategy information and midterm changes. Assist with meeting sales goals by partnering with Account Executives Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards. Manage all day-to-day queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams and producers to provide best in class service and drive growth. Perform critical client functions, including evaluating risks; reviewing loss experience, cash flow and financials; developing solutions; articulating impact of options; leveraging prepared analytics and making recommendations to client across product lines. Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions to improve the client experience.
