The Beeches Residential Home is a Residential Home specialising in providing the highest quality care to adults with a learning disability who display behaviours that challenge.
We are currently recruiting for:
Receptionist/Clerical Assistant Maternity Cover
You will provide reception service and clerical support, acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries and visitors to the Home.
Post: Temporary / Based in Ballynahinch
Salary: NMW
Hours: Part time – 20-25 hours per week to commence June 2025
Annual Leave: 5.6 weeks per year pro rata
You will be flexible, reliable, well-organised, and work effectively under pressure and to deadlines. Your work will be accurate and demonstrate attention to detail. You will have well-developed interpersonal skills, showing tact, discretion, and confidentiality.
Essential Criteria:
1. 5 GCSE’s Grades A to C including Maths and English or NVQ Level 2 Administration or equivalent qualifications.
2. Excellent IT skills, able to use Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Access.
Desirable Criteria:
1. Experience of working in an office environment.
2. Typing skills or qualifications.
3. Receptionist experience.
4. Experience with MS Office products Office 2016, 2019, Office 365 (Home or Business).
