Step Teachers are working with a School that is seeking a dedicated and passionate Computer teacher to join their team after Christmas full-time in a long-term supply role.
Computer Science Teacher - Role:
* Able to plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
* Teach Computer Science across a range of year groups (Key Stages 3-4).
* Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills through practical Computer Science projects.
* Maintain a well-organised classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
* Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
* Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
* Comply with the school’s policies and reliably implement them.
Computer Science Teacher - Requirements:
* Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience teaching at secondary level (KS3-KS5) is preferred, but strong NQTs are welcome to apply.
* Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
* A degree in Computer Science or a related field.

£30,000 - £55,000 per year PAYE - based on experience.
