Role: HR Case Worker (Maternity Cover until January 2026)
Hours: Part-time and Full-time hours considered (36.25 hours fte)
Salary: £34,383.00 - £36,552.00 FTE (if part-time, salary prorated)
Employer Pension Contribution: 21.8% (£7,495-£7,968 per year)
Location: Hybrid role (working from home with travel to each campus where required)

About the role:
Trafford & Stockport College Group is looking for a dynamic HR Case Worker with experience in employee relations to join our awesome team on a hybrid basis, part-time or full-time, covering maternity leave. As a proactive HR superstar, you’ll dive into casework and absence management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate closely with our fantastic HR team to keep our group aligned with our goals and values, fostering a supportive and happy environment.
About you:
* Experience in handling employee relations and absence, with a strong understanding of HR practices and policies.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Good knowledge of employment legislation.
* A passion for maintaining a positive work environment and coming up with creative solutions to HR challenges.
