My client is one of the largest new build developers in the UK. They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join them on one of their sites in Hemel Hempstead, with an ASAP start.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate stability in their employment profile and will be able to deliver excellent customer service both on the phone and face-to-face. We are looking for Sales Negotiators who thrive in a fast-paced selling environment and are proactive in their property sales approach.
Day-to-day duties:
1. Dealing with customers face-to-face or via phone and email
2. Booking initial appointments and conducting viewings around the development
3. Travelling to all the developments in the area
4. Conducting viewings
5. Following up calls with customers after enquiries or viewings
6. Closing sales
7. Upkeep of the show homes and marketing suite
8. Maintaining communication with the customer from reservation until their completion date
9. Aftercare
