About us: Wear Referrals TS21 2ES
Wear Referrals is a Multidisciplinary Referral Hospital based in the North East of England, offering outstanding levels of clinical care. Your role and responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced RVN to join our dedicated OOH night team!
We are looking to recruit a further RVN to take our team to 5 RVNs working each night to support the hospital. As a night nurse, you will have the opportunity to work within all of our wards including ICU, nursing canine and feline patients across all disciplines, as well as support OOH emergencies from local primary care practices.
You will work alongside a team of 14 experienced RVNs, student nurses, and PCAs, as well as a dedicated OOH Veterinary Surgeon working each night with the support from interns and a discipline specialist on call.
No two nights are the same! This makes working nights interesting and challenging with generous time off, giving a good work-life balance.
You will have excellent all-round nursing skills, with a passion and drive for delivering outstanding patient care.
Previous referral nursing experience is not essential, as we offer training and support to fully qualified RVNs joining the team from primary care. We provide full anaesthesia training, as well as training and development support with CPD encouraged and funded.
