We’re on the lookout for a highly motivated Content and Social Manager who is passionate about content creation, digital marketing, and social media strategy. In this role, you will take charge of developing, executing, tracking, and optimizing content strategies across both digital and offline channels. A key responsibility will be creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy across all platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that strengthens our brand presence. You’ll also produce high-quality content for digital media, print materials (such as product brochures, advertising collateral), and internal documentation when needed. We’re looking for a proactive, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and approaches every challenge with energy and a "can-do" attitude. You should be comfortable working collaboratively with a team, as well as taking ownership of projects independently. As a Content and Social Manager, your main responsibilities will be :- Plan and execute web, email and social media advertising campaigns Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns Maintain, improve and grow social media presence Plan and write content for digital and print media Forecast, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns Monitor and report on website analytics Research, b rainstorm and present new and creative growth strategies Plan and execute landing pages for dedicated product range or services and optimise the user experience Optimise content for SEO to increase organic traffic & rankings Collaborate and liaise with approved digital agencies for e-commerce development including but not limited to PPC & Paid Social Media advertising Requirements for the role :- 2 years of proven experience in content marketing, content management, or a related role Experience leading and managing email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns Experience in social media content creation in video & image format, alongside social channel management Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate Strong knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools such as Google Analytics & Ahrefs Experience with PPC at agency or individual level Analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing The successful candidate will be well organised, effective, efficient, commercially astute and ambitious to grow their role.
