Business Support Coordinator

Salary: Up to £12.80 an hour
Temporary Assignment
Gleeson Recruitment Group are looking for a Business Support Coordinator to join a dynamic and growing team. As a Business Support Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of this company's operations.
Responsibilities Included:
1. Coordinating and managing administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
2. Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
3. Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure that all requests are handled efficiently and professionally
4. Providing a first point of contact by responding to telephone and email enquiries, and escalating and redirecting issues as required
Skills and Attributes:
1. Experience in a similar Business Support role is essential
2. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
3. Excellent attention to detail, with a methodical and thorough approach
4. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
5. Proactive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
6. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
