About the Role
As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for executing, and managing amicable’s brand strategy across all platforms. This 8-month fixed-term parental leave cover is your opportunity to make a real impact. Your role will be pivotal in strengthening our brand positioning and ensuring consistent, effective messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand awareness, credibility, and engagement, positioning amicable as the trusted and preferred choice for separation, divorce, and co-parenting.
Key Responsibilities
Brand strategy, campaign & content management:
* Lead the planning and execution of integrated brand campaigns to increase awareness, engagement, and conversions
* Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure a consistent brand voice across all materials, including the website, social media, email campaigns, and printed assets
* Guide storytelling and messaging to effectively communicate amicable’s unique value proposition
* Lead SEO strategy and execution, optimising for organic growth through content marketing, on-page SEO, and link-building efforts.
Market research & insights:
* Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, identifying new opportunities for brand growth
* Gather customer insights to refine brand messaging and positioning.
Budget management:
* Own the brand budget, ensuring all activities are delivered efficiently and within financial constraints
* Track and analyse branding initiatives, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Partnerships, PR & media relations:
* Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to identify and manage strategic brand partnerships and sponsorships to expand brand credibility and reach
* Oversee public relations efforts, fostering relationships with media outlets to secure positive coverage.
Team leadership & collaboration:
* Manage and mentor specialists for content & community engagement and other junior roles within the brand team, setting clear KPIs and performance goals.
* Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure brand alignment across all customer touchpoints.
About You
* Previous experience in a similar role including team leadership and budget holding responsibilities
* Previous experience within legal, financial, or professional services would be beneficial
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external agencies
* Proven ability to develop and execute brand strategies that drive measurable results
* Excellent verbal and written skills with a knack for crafting compelling narratives
* Balance of creativity and data-driven decision-making to optimise brand performance
* Expertise of SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing
* Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining high attention to detail
* Right to work in the UK.
️ Compensation, Perks & Benefits
* Salary: up to £45,000 per year depending on skills and experience
* 28 days holiday plus bank holidays per annum (pro-rata)
