Our client in the Solihull area is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Deliver excellent customer service with existing customers via calls and emails.
2. Monitoring & distribute group inboxes to appropriate departments.
3. Responding to telephone, email, and web queries in an efficient manner.
4. Liaising with customers and colleagues to resolve technical queries.
5. Making accurate cost calculations in order to provide customers with quotations.
6. Sales order processing using our bespoke in-house software.
7. Data input and analysis using MS Excel.
8. Liaising and building relationships with a range of stakeholders, e.g. customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
9. Generating and sending O&M Manuals and Method Statements to customers.
10. Tracking costs and negotiating with suppliers to ensure budgets are met.
11. Completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires for potential customers.
12. Processing orders with supply chain for products and materials.
13. Monitoring supply chain lead times and delivery dates to ensure deadlines are met.
14. Working with the production team in maintaining stock control and re-order levels.
15. Assisting with Goods Out & In administration such as preparing and checking delivery manifests and liaising with suppliers on any damaged items.
16. Assisting the daily activities of the Operations and Manufacturing departments as required.
Required Skills & Experience:
1. Proficient with MS Excel, with the ability to input formulas.
2. Experience with submitting Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
3. Submission of quotations and tenders.
4. Keen attention to detail, with data analysis experience.
5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
6. Friendly but professional telephone manner.
