Accounts Assistant - Part time role (Salary pro-rata'd)

Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Administrator / Data Entry Analyst with a finance background and expertise in Excel to join our client on a part-time basis (16 to 25 hours per week). The ideal candidate should have experience in accounts, be very competent on Excel being able to use pivot tables, VLOOKUP's and formulas. The Data Entry Analyst / Accounts Assistant Benefits
* This role, whilst on a fixed term contract basis for between 6 and 9 months, offers an amazing opportunity as you will be working directly with the CFO.
* The Data Entry Analyst will be a part time role and offers flexible hours of between 4 and 6 hours per day Monday to Thursday
* The role will suit someone who is fully or part qualified in an accounts related qualification - the most important factor is being highly skilled on Excel and have an excellent eye for detail within an accounts environment
* Salary is dependant on experience (pro rata'd)

The Accounts Assistant / Data Entry Analyst Role
* Using Excel and the companies finance package (Onestream - training will be given) you will accurately enter and maintain financial data
* Assist the CFO in analysing and interpreting complex financial data using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, Formulas etc)
* Collaborate with the finance team to ensure data integrity and accuracy
* Prepare reports and perform bridge analysis to identify trends and discrepancies
* Contribute to process improvements and automations related to data entry and financial reporting
* Experience of financial reporting in multiple currencies (USD and GBP)
Qualifications
* Proven experience in financial data entry and analysis
* Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and complex formulas
* Knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
* Part or fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, ACMA etc)
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
This role is working for a regulated industry and as such you will need to have BPSS clearance which means you must be a British citizen or lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years, have the right to work and stay here indefinitely and be from an ITAR registered country.
