Responsibilities
* Answer and direct incoming telephone calls, take messages and deal with enquiries (shared duty with Office Manager).
* Keep log of equipment taken to site, i.e. cameras, laptops, surveying tools etc.
* Database, diary & website maintenance, send/receive & forward e.mails.
* Issuing drawings to clients/contractors etc.
* Uploading survey information and drawings onto BIM 360.
* Set up electronic folders for new projects; archive completed jobs.
* Saving information from instructions/site visits.
* Assist designers with:
o Ordering and chasing samples.
o Preparation of mood boards, scanning and using Photoshop etc.
o Local authority searches.
* Update office lists (job lists, speed dial etc.).
* Typing of letters and e.mails, as requested.
* Help to keep print room, library & communal office areas tidy.
* Occasional errands to post office.
* Assist the Office Manager & Design Team as required, including all aspects of general office duties as required by the Business needs.
* Responding to Franchise Check emails/validating etc.
