The Role:
As the Office and Events Manager, you’ll be the glue that holds the vibrant team together, creating a work environment where creativity and collaboration flourish. From running the day-to-day operations of our London office to planning and executing events, you’ll play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management
* Oversee the smooth running of our London HQ, ensuring it’s a welcoming and productive space for our team.
* Manage office supplies, utilities, and liaise with vendors and landlords.
* Be the go-to person for resolving office issues, maintaining facilities, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Event Planning and Management:
* Plan and execute both internal and external events, from team-building activities and workshops to brand activations and industry showcases.
* Coordinate logistics, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
* Create memorable experiences that align with our brand values and leave a lasting impression.
Culture and Team Support:
* Champion our vibrant company culture by organizing initiatives that foster engagement, inclusion, and sustainability.
* Support onboarding of new team members and help integrate them into our awesome culture.
* Act as a point of contact for staff, providing assistance and information when needed.
Administrative Excellence:
* Assist with diary management, scheduling, and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
* Maintain records and support HR with documentation as required.
About You:
Experience: Proven track record in office management, events coordination, or a related role, ideally within a fast-paced SME or startup environment.
Skills: Stellar organisational skills, a knack for multitasking, and excellent attention to detail.
