What you will do: The Audiology Service in NHS Ayrshire & Arran is a busy clinical/technical Service caring in particular for the hearing needs of the local population. The Service is looking to recruit a highly motivated, hardworking individuals with an enthusiasm for working in a fast paced and at times demanding, people oriented environment where the role focuses primarily on front line duties that support our adult hearing aid users, This work will be carried out through direct and indirect patient contact providing information, advice and technical support to hearing aid users which will include the repair and replacement of hearing aid systems. In addition to excellent communication skills, previous experience of working in a busy patient/customer oriented role is vital as is a good level of computer literacy.
