Monarch Education (part of Affinity Workforce Solutions) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Coordinator to our high-performing team in Birmingham. The role & benefits as a Recruitment Coordinator at Monarch Education:
* Salary: £28,650 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
* Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00 (Term Time), 09:00 - 16:00 or 09:00 - 14:00 on achievement of KPIs (School Holidays)

Role responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles.
* Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Proactively engage in warm and hot business development activities to grow partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
* Identify, generate and manage high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
* Support customer enquiries and fill bookings for existing client schools.
* Support candidates with submitting timesheets in a timely manner to ensure they are paid on time.
* Whilst there will be no cold business development calls as part of this role, you must be able to effectively engage with current clients.
What you will need to succeed:
Essential:
* To have worked in a sales or call centre environment previously.
* To have the ability to work at pace and showcase strong time management and organisational skills.
* To be driven to succeed and build a career within the education recruitment sector.
* To be goal and target orientated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* To hold a full clean Driving License.
Desirable:
* To have worked in a recruitment or sales environment previously.
