Description of the role: You will be responsible for covering stores across the East and West Midlands in absence of Store & Duty Managers. Maximising the sales and profit targets. Conducting regular audits on store compliance. Reporting and compiling data. Building strong relationships with staff across each store. Ensuring the store is well maintained and presentable. Opening and closing the store. Cash handling, banking and accounting procedures. Proactively marketing the store including business visits. About you: Based within commuting distance of the East and West Midlands able to travel on a daily basis. Flexibility and adaptability. Excellent administration skills being able to support with reporting. Excellent customer service and sales skills, being able to build strong relationships within stores and local businesses.
