The post holder must be willing to travel to support team working, along with practice and Primary Care Network (PCN) engagement. The Primary Care Commissioning Manager will operate effectively and flexibly within a demanding environment to provide specialist, expert leadership in interpreting and managing GP contractual changes, quality improvement and change. The post holder will be responsible for leading on a defined range of responsibilities within the primary care workplan and will be expected to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
